What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged or defective electronic item, please reach out to us right away at support@greenvitapath.com. Include your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will strive to resolve the issue promptly.

Do you make pricing and other listing errors?

If we discover a listing error while processing your order, we will cancel your order. Although canceling your order is not our preference, it may be necessary when we identify listings with incorrect details. Should we need to cancel your order, we will send you an email explaining the reason for the cancellation.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several days for the refund to appear in your account.

What was an item canceled and will I be charged?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to the address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is canceled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.

Can I change or cancel my orders?

Once you click "Send My Order," your order begins processing and cannot be canceled or changed. Our system is designed to fulfill orders and ship them as quickly as possible. If you wish to return any items after receiving your order, please follow our Return Policy.

What is the shipping time for the merchandise?

Our standard shipping time for orders is generally 7 business days. Please be aware that these timelines are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and courier delays.
